Lawyer, graduated with distinction of excellence and an awarded thesis in International Law, with experience in International Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Economic Law. 

Oliva's experience includes litigation in various sectors such as transportation, construction, and telecommunications. In the past she has worked as a paralegal in Colombian firms dedicated to national litigation in Commercial and Administrative Law. During her academic career, she was part of the research department in International Law and the analysis area in Economic Law. In addition, she has been a teaching assistant for the subjects of Administrative Law, Tax Law and Economic Law. 

She is currently a member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and of the Youth Arbitration Network of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
