Lawyer, graduated with distinction of excellence and awarded thesis in International Law, with experience in International Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Economic Law. 

Oliva's experience includes litigation in various sectors such as transportation, construction, and telecommunications. In the past he has worked as a paralegal in Colombian firms dedicated to national litigation in Commercial and Administrative Law. During his academic career, he was part of the research department in International Law and the analysis area in Economic Law. In addition, he has been a teaching assistant for the subjects of Administrative Law, Tax Law and Economic Law. 

He is currently a member of the Youth Arbitration Network of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
