Leandro is lawyer in Brazil specialized in Technology Law, Telecommunications Law, Digital Law: Startups and Media. He has a solid experience both in multinationals and in law firms. A general vision focused on the analysis of the risks of legal impacts in different areas of its exercise.

 

He has special knowledge about legal issues related to telecommunications and new technologies, including a solid practice with privacy, the FCPA and other anti-corruption provisions, compliance, contracts in general (local and international), corporate law, relationship with the authorities, regulatory support in telecommunications. Conduction of liabilities in general, with the direct development and coordination of strategies in the processes with the intention of defending companies, their values and interests.

 

Leandro Netto has ample experience in cases involving the Latin American region and Europe. Also, he is a member: of the Digital Law Committee of InovAtiva Brasil, and is a legal coordinator of Level 3 Communications.
